Biography
He was born on 28 Oct 1835 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts and his parents were Fanny Cabot (Jackson) and Charles Cushing Paine (b: 1808).
In 1855 he graduated from Harvard College.
From 1859 to 1870 he was employed as a lawyer.
He married on 24 Apr 1862 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts to Lydia Williams LYMAN (b: 26 Apr 1839).
He died on 11 Aug 1910 in Waltham, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA and was buried at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA. [1]
