Henry Paine was born February 28, 1799 in Canterbury, Windham, Connecticut. He died in 1848 in Carlisle, Franklin Township, Warren, Ohio.
Son of Luther Paine (1760–1830) and Sibbel Dyer (1761–1831).
Henry Paine married Alettah Lane on August 20, 1821 in Montgomery, Ohio.
