Margaret was born in 1822. She was the daughter of Jonathon Painter and Margarat Miller.^[1]

She was the second wife of Charles Arthur Foskey.^[2]

In 1880, she and Charles lived in Oilcreek Township, Venango, Pennsylvania, United States.^[2]

She passed away in 1915. She was buried at Fairview Cemetery, Pleasantville, Venango, Pennsylvania, United States of America.^[3]
