He is listed in the tax lists of East Nantmeal Township, Chester, Pennsylvania, in 1753 as Frederick PENTER, and afterward as Frederick PAINTER on the lists for 1754, 1758, 1762, 1765, 1767, and 1785.

His name is written and then crossed out in the 1785 list, possibly because he died or moved away that year.

Death: 1805 Philadelphia, Penn.
