Carmelo Palazzo is a Corleone native resident, the son of Sigismondo Palazzo and Salvatrice la Rosa, who married in 1793.
Carmelo marries at least twice, first to Antonina Gennaro, daughter of Bernardo Gennaro and Leoluchina Fratello, on 28 April 1823.[1]
Carmelo and Antonina have at least two children: Sigismondo (c. 1831) and Giuseppe (c. 1832).
I estimate Sigismondo is born around 1831, twenty years before he marries.
Carmelo remarries to Anna Gennaro, daughter of Giuseppe Gennaro and Maria Ciravolo, on 27 October 1840.[2] His wives are of no known relation to one another. Cascio-10 16:24, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
Carmelo and Anna have at least three children: Salvatore (c. 1847), Maria Agata (c. 1848), and Biagio (c. 1852).
Sigismondo marries Salvatrice Inquartana,[3] on 8 September 1851. His mother, Antonina, has died by this time.
Giuseppe marries Bernarda Vella on 6 June 1852.[4]
Salvatore marries Maria Trombadore Russo, a widow of unknown parents, on 12 January 1871 in Corleone. His father has died by this time.[5]
Maria Agata marries Calogero Cinquemani, a widower, on 1 October 1876.[6]
In 1889, Biagio, 37 (b. 1852), emigrates to the port of New Orleans, in the United States.[7]
Salvatore and his son emigrate in 1897, joining his brother, Biagio, in New Orleans.[8]
