Biography
J C Palmer is all we know for his biological father's name. After searching a bit further the legal name is J C PALMER. R was an illegitimate baby.
His mother did marry when R was 10 months old, however, she did not marry JC Palmer.
His time and place of death is March 1975 in Riverside, Riverside, California, USA.
We do know that JC was still living in the Portland or Gresham Oregon area in the mid 1960's.
■ When J C Palmer was born on March 16, 1926, in Humeston, Iowa, his father, Emmette, was 25 and his mother, Winifred, was 23. He had one son with Gladys Catherine Baker. He then married Delores Elouise Savage and they had one daughter together. He died in March 1975 in Riverside, California, at the age of 49.
