Biography

Frank was born in 1912. He was the son of Maurice Palmer and Clyde Sibley.[1]

Frank married Irene Thomas on Jul 11, 1940 in Stratton, Vermont.[2][3]

He passed away in 1998[4][5] and is buried at Pleasant View Cemetery Jamaica, Vermont.[6]
