He was the son of Major Herrick Augustus Palmer and Dorothy Susan Hazlerigg.^[1]He was born on the 6th of August 1877, ^[1]citing Birth Registration, Hereford, Herefordshire, England.^[2]He was married twice, firstly to Elsie Edith Money, daughter of the Reverend Walter Baptist Money and Edith Belina Hornby, on the 23rd of January 1907.^[1]At Kensington, London, England.^[3]He and Elsie Edith Money were divorced in 1924.^[1]He married, secondly, Margery Edith Garland, daughter of Robert Garland, on the 28th of October 1924.^[1]At St. Martin, London, England.^[4]He died on the 7th of December 1951 at the age of 74,^[1]citing Death, Exmoor, Devon.^[5]
