This Phebe Palmer, born 18 Apr 1749 @ Stonington, Connecticut, was the fourth child of Katherine (Coats) Palmer (1723-1765) & Joseph Palmer (1719-1760). She probably carried the middle name Coats or Coates.

She married 25 Apr 1765 Amos Randall.
