Biography
Charles was born in 1847. He is the son of Simeon Palmer and Caroline Tiffany.
He was married twice;
- 1st. 4 Jul 1871 Emma Jane Smith, d,1897, w/children;
- Mabel B., m. Edward Ripley
- Phoebe W., m. Thomas Cobb
- 2nd. 28 Feb 1899 Frances Ella Brown.
He passed away in 1927.
He is mentioned in the biographical section of the book, A Modern History of New London County Connecticut. Vol 3, page 196 [1]
