Biography
Robert Leonard Palmer was born on February 26, 1888, in New Brunswick, Canada, his father, Leonard, Leonard Palmerwas 37 and his mother, Margaret Margaret Fairley , was 22. He married Daisy Irene Astle in his hometown. They had six children in 14 years. He died on December 8, 1971, at the age of 83.
