Biography

Samuel Palmer III, born 18 Sep 1711 at Windham, Connecticut, was the third child of Samuel Palmer & Hepsibah Abbe Palmer.

He married twice:

1) Lydia Silsby 13 Jan 1738 in Windham, Connecticut. They had 6 children:
  1. Elijah Palmer, b. 21 Mar 1739/40
  2. Nathaniel Palmer, b. 2 Mar 1742
  3. Ezekiel Palmer, b. 15 Dec 1744
  4. Lydia Palmer, b. 11 May 1748 or '49
  5. Palmer, b. 20 Aug 1750 @ Mansfield, Connecticut
  6. Stephen Palmer, b. 29 Nov 1752 @ Mansfield, Connecticut
2) Tabitha (surname unknown)
