Samuel Palmer III, born 18 Sep 1711 at Windham, Connecticut, was the third child of Samuel Palmer & Hepsibah Abbe Palmer.

He married twice:

1) Lydia Silsby 13 Jan 1738 in Windham, Connecticut. They had 6 children:
