Biography
Francis Marion "Frank" Palmer[1] was born August 8, 1888 in Lewis County, Washington.[1]
He was the son of Thomas Palmer and Arvilla Witsman.[1]
In 1910, Frank married Addie Baxter.[2]
Frank passed away May 23, 1928[1] at age 39 in Pe Ell, Lewis County, Washington[1] and he is buried in Section 12, Plot 38[1] of the Mountain View Cemetery[1] in Centralia, Lewis County, Washington.[1]
