Biography
Charles was born about 1820. He is the son of John Palmer and Elizabeth Shorney. He married Eliza Palmer (born in Over Stowey June 06 1824) the daughter of John Palmer and Mary Chedgey. Known children of Charles and Eliza are Edwin born 3 Aug 1845 Over Stowey; Charles died 5 July 1877 ?son.
