Some Ancestry families claim that her parents were Oliver Charles (1848-1933) and Josephine (1846-1882) Tuell.

Her parents were born in NY (1910, 1920 and 1930 census).

In 1900, a Grace Parmer [sic] lived in Philadelphia, NY with parents D. W. (b abt 1846 in Canada) and Harett [sic] (b Mar 1848 in NY) Parmer. Grace was born Aug. 1876 in NY. Same person?

In 1910, both of her children were living.

Philadelphia, May 18---At 11 this forenoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. David Palmer on Mill street occurred the marriage of their daughter, Grace Palmer to Frederick Milton Burgess of Watertown.

Rev. J. W. Barrett, a former pastor of the M. E. church, performed the ceremony. Miss Palmer is one of Philadelphia's most charming daughters and Mr. Burgess is the son of Mr. amd Mrs. J. B. Burgess of Mexico, N. Y., and is employed in the dispatcher's office at Watertown.

Grieco was convicted of the charge [of first degree manslaughter] in the summer of 1933 but last December the Court of Appeals granted him a new trial. He was driver of the automobile which ran down and killed Mrs. Grace Palmer Burgess in an Arsenal Street safety zone in April, 1933. ...
