Biography

William Palmer was born 18 Mar 1703 in Little Compton, Plymouth, Massachusetts (which in 1747 changed jurisdiction to become LIttle Compton, Newport, Rhode Island).[1]

William Palmer and Hester Taber were married 15 Feb 1727 in Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts. [2] [3] They settled in Dartmouth, where they had 4 sons and 2 daughters born 1728-1736, and finally settled in Freetown, Bristol, Massachusetts where they had 1 son and 2 daughters from 1739-1743.

The 21 Mar 1774 will of William Palmer was proved 27 Feb 1775; [4] his widow Esther survived him.
