Phebe Palmer was born in 1761 at Stonington, Connecticut, the first child of Andrew Palmer and Lucy Palmer.
She married Naboth Chesebrough, with whom she had 6 children.
Phebe (Palmer) Chesebrough passed away 22 Apr 1787 [1]at Stonington.
