Parmenas Palmer, born in Richmond County, Va., May 27, 1719; will proved in Lunenburg county, Va., October 6, 1761. He was son of said Robert Palmer, and his wife Martha. He married Mary Ann Draper, daughter of Thomas and Sarah Draper[1]
