email from Deanna Paris, Oct 22, 2018. Namon Reed Paris was the first-born son of Asa Paris (1826-1908) and Catherine Dowden (1828-). With this information, you can find the rest of this Paris family. My Grandfather, George Washington Paris (1861-1952), was the half-brother of Namon. Asa's first wife passed at the birth of their 4th child, Sarah. He then married Catherin's sister, Sara and they had 4 more children, one of which was my grandfather. Asa married 2 more times and had one more child, Nellie Mae, who is only listed in the 1880 Census as a 2-year-old. I had trouble tracking her down, but found that her mother was Evelyn Parks Smith. You can easily find Asa's family on the free site familysearch.org. If I can be of another help, please let me knwo. The sender, Deanna Paris Sheridan (dsher10519@aol.com)
