Margaret was born in Kendal, Westmorland, England, in 1865. ^[1] She was the daughter of James Park and Fanny Crawford, and one of seven children. Margaret's family relocated to Lancashire. She was enumerated in the 1871 ^[2] and 1881 census ^[3]residing in Lancaster. She declared her occupation in the 1881 census as ""Tenter Cotton Factory".

No definitive record for Margaret found post 1881.
