DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Mary by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Mary:
Something odd about this profile. I see her marriage and death in Medfield, but not her birth in Needham. Family Search has a number of user submitted trees which indicate that her father was John Parker 1664-1717, born a Yorkshireman, died in Philadelphia and that her mother was Mary Doe 1671-1712. I don't see how we go from Needham to Philadelphia.
