1st May 2021 I have just found 1841 and 1851 census records in Find my Past highly likely to be my Parker family. In 1841 at Salmon and Ball Court, St Luke, London & Middlesex, England William is 5 with sisters Emily 3 and Elizabeth 1 and parents Elizabeth and Charles a sawyer, same occupation as at bp. The family appears again in 1851 in Henry St Southwark with more younger siblings, father Charles still a sawyer. My William I believe to be a pastrycook apprentice by then and living nearby in Kent Rd Southwark with his master, Edward Corby and family, and other apprentices.
