Biography
- Pinkney Melburn Parker was born on 10 October 1846 in Marion County, Virginia, the fourteenth of sixteen children and the seventh of nine sons of Joseph James and Mahala Prickett Parker.
- As a child, he attended school in Palatine, Marion County.[1]
