Willard "Willie" Oliver Parker was born in Willsboro, New York on 5 Jul 1865, the son of Oliver (Parquet) Parker and Jane Cairns.

Willie married Jennie Wyman Newton in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts on 18 Jun 1891. His occupation was listed as: Milk dealer. (Found on the same page, Jennie's older brother Arthur W. married Florence E. Fairbanks on 16 Sep 1891.)
