In consequence of the County not being laid out in school districts I have proceeded to make out the scholastic population in total, thinking the children could be aportioned to the school districts when they are laid out, which the Chief Justice informs me he intends shortly to attend to and have the County laid out in school districts. If this report does not meet your expectations you can report it back and when the County is laid out in said districts I shall proceed to take the population as the Law directs.
