Richard Hall Parker was born in 1801 in Colleton County, South Carolina to William Hall Parker, Sr.. He married Hannah Flowers in 1824 in Liberty County, Georgia.[1][2][3] Richard passed away in 1863 in Alachua County, Florida and is buried in the Rhuta Branch Cemetery in La Crosse, Florida.[4]
