Mary was born in 1949. She is the daughter of Elmer Parker and VaLera Winter.
Born in Oklahoma, moved to Kansas then Colorado where I call home.
I have spent many years researching my ancestry. Along the way I have met some very nice and amazing cousins , some with awesome stories about our shared ancestors. The one thing we all have said " I wish I had ask more questions"
Luckily I did ask a lot of questions!!!

- My paternal 3rd great grandfather is Reverend Henry B. Goodwin, born in Virginia lived in West Virginia,Louisa, Lawrence ,Kentucky. My Goodwins have moved to Indiana , Missouri and Kansas and California. I have done extensive research on his descendants. With the help of ancestry.com's DNA test, I have now located several DNA matches. My Henry's dad was Henry Goodwin born in London, England about 1770. Looking for England ancestors.
- My second great grandfather, William Parker born In North Carolina,, It has been said William's mother, Mary Jane Davis ,was of Cherokee heritage or Choctaw heritage. Every Parker descendant in this line has been told the same thing. Would love to be able to locate more info regarding any Native American heritage. With the help of numerous Parker descendants and ancestry .com DNA matches, we have been able to locate Williams parents and siblings.
