The early years

Victoria was born in 1859. She was the daughter of Isaac Parker, the full siblings would be:

  • Victoria Adalaide Parker (1859-1928)[1][2]
  • Lydia Sarah Frances Parker (1864-1951)[1]
  • Mary Jane Parker (1865-1940)[1][3]
  • William Newton Parker (1870-1946)[1]

Her father would then marry Emily Emma M Dulaney about 1889[4] and she would have 2 half siblings:

  • Jeanette Bell Parker (1889-1918)[4]
  • Ethel May Parker (1901-1915)

She would marry James Edward Keen and they would have:

In 1870[7] He confirms he is a farmer with about $600 in real estate and $600 in personal property. In the home is himself 33, Elizabeth 35, Victoria 10, Mary Jane 6, Sarah 4.

In 1880[1] He is living in Bridges, Ozark, Missouri. Like many in the family he is a farmer but they rent their land, and in the home are Isaac 44, Elizabeth 45, Victoria 19, Mary J 15, Sarah F 13 and William 9. Also in the home is his nephew George Mansfield. What appears odd is that MJ notes the father born in Kentucky, while the siblings note Tennessee.

She died on the 30th of August 1928 in Spokane, Washington[8]
