William Parker, Archdeacon of Cornwall and Justice of the Peace, was a brother of Thomas Parker of Brownsholme, husband of Joan ____.[1] Joan was the daughter of ____ Panchard of Wiltshire.[2] They had two sons:
James, b.c. 1590, married Katherine Buller[2] and had 21 children.[1]
William (parson of Stoacke in Cornwall, never married).[1]

"Died, Ann. Dom. 1673 Willm. Parker, Archdeacon of Cornwall Iustice of the peace for the same County, was 2d Bro. of Thos. Parker of Browsholme Esqre. who went from Browsholme into Cornwall about the year 1580 married loan Daughtr. of --- Panchard Esq. in com Wilts. she was a mighty thrifty provident woman, & the said Wm. had two Sons James & Wm. & his House is called Trangoe in the Parish of Warlagan in Cornwall about 1 6 miles from Launceston the Assize Town of the County. James his Eldest Son married Katherine Eldest Daughtr. of Sr. Rd. Buller of Shillingham in the County of Cornwall, Her portion was 2500 The said Sr. Rd. Buller being a man of 7000 per ann. The Second Brother, Parson of Stoacks in Cornwall, the Parsonage being worth 300. He was never married. --James had by the same Katherine Buller 21 Children. some of them in the army & some in trade, one of them had both his feet shot off in 1645, in battle, died and was buried at Hull."
"Captn James Walker now quarter'd at Hull, gave this information at Browsholme the 1st of Septr. 1673."
"William Parker, third son of Robert Parker of Brousholm, co. York, took Holy Orders, and instituted to the Rectory of Blisland in 1601. In 1616 he was made Archdeacon of Cornwall."
