Free Groves Parker served with the rank of a private for Massachusetts with Capt. Nathaniel Gage. His first wife Susanna Hardy and second Elizabeth Burbank Carlton. A son James b. married Elizabeth surname unknown. [3]
He died 10 Feb 1842 at Bucksport, Hancock, Maine, Æ 86y 11m; he was buried at Oak Hill Cemetery, Bucksport, Hancock, Maine.
Susannah Hardy was born on 28 Feb 1759. She died on 17 Apr 1817 at age 58.
Free Groves re-married Betsey (Burbank) Carlton, the widow of Enos Carlton June 3, 1818.[4][5]

iii. Mehitable Parker; b. 14 Jul 1782; m. Phineas Emerson, son of Timothy Emerson and Mercy Cole, 29 Aug 1801; m. Phineas Emerson, son of Timothy Emerson and Mercy Cole, 1 Aug 1803; d. 14 May 1862 at Orland, Hancock, Maine, at age 79; AE 80y 4m; she was buried at Oak Grove Cemetery, Orland, Hancock, Maine.
iv. Free Grove Parker; b. 27 Jun 1784; m. Pealey Genn, daughter of James Genn and Ann Riggs; d. 11 Jun 1856 at Cutler, Washington, Maine, at age 71.
v. Dudley Parker; b. 1786 at East Bradford, Merrimack, New Hampshire; b. 6 Sep 1786; Marriage intentions for him and Mary Genn were published 12 Mar 1809 at Bucksport, Hancock, Maine.
vi. Aaron Parker; b. 25 May 1789.
vii. William Parker; b. 11 Oct 1791.
viii. Relier Parker; b. 11 Oct 1791.
