Victoria was born in 1970. She died in Jonestown, Guyana on 18 November 1978 when Jim Jones ordered the "revolutionary suicide" of Peoples Temple members. Her Find a Grave profile is for the Jonestown memorial at Evergreen Cemetery in Oakland, California. Her actual burial location is unknown at this time.[1]
