Note: {geni:about_me} Mary died after May 1901. She was likely born in Nottawasaga twp, Simcoe county, Ontario. 2 Immigrated to USA circa 1864. Alive in 1901 (when sister died)...resided Bellaire, Antrim co, MI. 2 as per telephone call Corey Janene MARENTETTE made to Constance GABOURIE (Mrs. Solomon) 02 Mar 1997: "Grandma Mary" had a white carpet with big red cabbage roses design on it that she kept very clean. The kids had to jump from rose to rose. Grandma lived in later life with Connie's 2 Aunts. 2 Constance (above) said she had a photo of Mary and that she looked "very English" but it would be too much of an effort to find it.
