Allen was born in 1798, the son of Jonathan and Sarah (Tucker) Parker. [1] The Parker family moved to Seneca County, New York sometime between Allen's birth and the death of his father in 1817. One with his sisters and one with his wife and family and was included on subsequent census records until his death in 1874. He is buried in Kendaia Cemetery in Romulus, New York. [5]
