Go to the profile and you can see who the profile manager is.....next to their name is a link that says "send private message". Hit the link, then write up your message to the profile manager. Also, you can ask to be added to the trusted list for the profile, that will allow you to see the private information. Over to the right on the profile is a section called Collaboration, just hit the link that says "request to join trusted list"
