Biography

Arthur Tucker was born in 1864 in Graaff Reinet. He was the son of Thomas Parkes and Mary Ann Howse Edwards.

He was 31 years old and farming at Wheatlands when he married 21 year Lily Beatrice Edwards in her father's home at Klipfontein, Graaff Reinet on 5 December 1895.^[1]
