Sabina was born in 1820. She was the daughter of John Parkins and Ann Nicholas. She passed away in 1882.

Sabina PERKINS married Alexander STEVENS on 20 Aug 1841 in Gallia County, Ohio.[1] While the names are SIMILAR they are not the same, therefore additional research is required to clarify if the marriage date on this profile is actually for this couple.
