She married Robert Stephenson Dearth (1864–1917) on 30 Jan 1917 in Washington, Ohio. She then married Bernard Berton Gessel (1894–1967) on 20 Nov 1920 in Washington, Ohio. She died on 1 Jul 1964 in Beverly, Washington, Ohio and was buried in Beverly Cemetery, Beverly, Washington County, Ohio.
