Olive Jean (Parnell) Sheehan passed away quietly in Dartmouth General Hospital, on the morning of October 31, 2002. She was a daughter of the late William and Lillian (Lee) Parnell. She attended Halifax Business School and was a resident of Halifax and long-time member of St. James Anglican Church. During her last two years, she lived with her sister and family in Dartmouth and attended St. Luke's Anglican Church.
She is survived by her sister, Freda; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, John; daughter, Karen; sisters, Margaret, Violet, Thelma, Frances; brothers, George, Douglas.
Funeral arrangements will be conducted by J. A. Snow Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St., Halifax, with visiting 2-4, 7-9 pm today. Funeral service will be held 2 pm Saturday, November 02, 2002, in St. Luke's Anglican Church, Veterans Avenue, Dartmouth. Reception will follow in the church. Burial will be in All Saint's Anglican Cemetery, Bedford.
