Biography
When Albert William Parr was born on December 6, 1823, in Lincoln, Tennessee, his father, James, was 21 and his mother, Elizabeth, was 21. He married his first wife in 1845 in Bastrop, Texas. On February 6, 1862, he married his second wife in Bastrop, Texas. He died on June 12, 1898, in Lee, Texas, at the age of 74.
