Biography

Charles Emery Parr applied for membership in the Kansas Society of the Sons of the American Revolution, by right of Lineal descent in the following line from Samuel Elliott, who assisted in establishing American Independence, on April 1 1930, and approved April 14, 1930. National Number 49462, state number 537.
