Biography

John Alexander Parris, born 11 December 1724, was the son of Alexander Parris Jr. and his wife Elizabeth Stanyarne.[1]

On 25 January 1750 he married Elizabeth Collins[1], and they had a son John Alexander Parris.[2]

John Alexander Parris wrote his Will on 22 May 1752. He refers to himself as of St. James Santee, Craven County, and refers to his land in Winyah, as well as land near Charles Town. His heirs are his wife Elizabeth and son John Alexander. [3] The proved date of the Will is not legible, but he died before April 1755 when his widow remarried.[4]
