Percy was born on the 3 January 1884 in Wimbledon, Surrey, England.[2][3] He was baptised on the 6 February 1884 at the Holy Trinity and St Peter Church, South Wimbledon, Surrey, England.[4][5] He was the son of Charles Parsons and Emily Howard.
He grew up in the family home in Wimbledon, Surrey, England.[7][8] He continued to live in Wimbledon, Surrey, England after his marriage to Emily Florence Trigwell where he was employed as a greengrocers stable-hand.[9] He later was employed to work in the sewers.[10]
Death
He died in September 1959 in Surrey North East, Surrey, England.[11]
