William was born about 1791.
In 1841, at the age of 50, William is living at Penrose, in Padstow, St Columb Major, Cornwall, England, with his wife Ann age 45 (49), their children James age 13, Mary age 9, and his mother-in-law Frances Vivian age 75. William is an Agricultural labourer.
He passed away in 1844.
