1661 approximately William was born probably at Birr , the son of Laurence Parsons , 1st Baronet his wife and Frances Savage .
William m1). to Elizabeth Preston , daughter of Sir George Preston, Baronet of Craigmillar . [1]
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for King's County [Ireland] between 1692 and 1741.
He succeeded his father as the 2nd Baronet Parsons, of Birr Castle [I., 1677] in 1698. [2]
In 1699 He was Deputy Governer of Kings co. [3]
