Frederick was born on the 1 May 1898 in Wimbledon, Surrey, England.[1][2][3]He was baptised on the 29 May 1898 at the Holy Trinity and St Peter Church, Wimbledon, Surrey, England.[4] He was the son of Frederick Parsons and Sarah Tilley.

He married Edith Cullis in 1918 in Kingston, Surrey, England.[5]
Residence & Employment
He grew up in the family home in Wimbledon, Surrey, England[6] and later in Merton, Surrey, England.[7] After his marriage to Edith Cullis he moved to Croydon, Surrey, England where he was employed as a power cable fitter.[8]
Death
He died in June 1967 in St Pancras, London, England.[9]
