Biography

Frank was born on 14 January 1877, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Philip Clarence Partenheimer and Clara V DuBois.[1]

He died on 16 May 1920, in Camden, Camden, New Jersey. He was buried in the New Camden Cemetery, section B lot 445, on 19 May 1920. [2]
