Biography
Ernest was born about 1893 to James Partridge and Charlotte Lawrence in Walthamstow, Essex.
In the 1901 census Ernest (age 8), Scholar, was the son of James Partridge at 50, Greville Road, Walthamstow, West Ham, London & Essex, England.[1]
In the 1911 census Ernest (age 18), Clerk banks, was the single son of James Partridge at 32 Spruce Hills Road Walthamstow, Walthamstow, London & Essex, England.[2]
Ernest married Constance Squire Dawson on 7 June 1922 in Swindon, Wiltshire, England.[3]
In the 1939 register Ernest (age 46), Sanitary Inspector Local Government, was recorded as married at 32 Hurst Road, Horsham, Horsham U.D., Sussex, England.[4]
Ernest's death (age 82) was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1976 in the Horsham district.[5]
Ernest died on 3 February 1976 in Horsham and his estate passed probate on 24 March 1976 in Brighton.[6]
