Sarah lived another 14 years, and died in her mid-nineties in Bellingham.

Per Descendants of John Partridge: (1) Sarah Partridge, daughter of John II (1656-1743) was born Jan 8, 1702, married George Adams. They lived in Medway, then Wrentham. (2) Sarah Partridge, daughter of Zachariah of Medway, John II's brother, (1674-1716), was born Oct 9, 1706 and married Joseph Green. (3) Sarah Partridge, daughter of John III, was born July 25, 1725 in Wrentham, and died April 27, 1817. She married Dec 25, 1744, Obadiah Adams. [Possibly Dec 8] They lived in Bellingham. (4) Sarah Partridge, daughter of Benoni (1687-1769), John II's son, was born Sept 27, 1724, in Medway, and married Samuel Fiske. They lived in Upton and Shelburne. (5) Sarah Partridge, daughter of Eleazer, John III's cousin, was born in Medfield April 6, 1719, and raised in Dedham. She married Stephen Blanchard. (6) Sarah Partridge, daughter of Benjamin, John III's cousin, was born April 10, 1744 in Bellingham, and married Billy Ware. They resided in Franklin. She died July 12, 1831.
