Geneviève was born in 1774 at Les Cèdres, Quebec, the daughter of Etienne Joseph Paré and Geneviève Sasseville. She was baptized on 20 Jun 1774.[1]
At some point she moved to Eastern Ontario and married Antoine Durocher. Some Ancestry trees list Antoine and Geneviève's marriage date as 27 Oct 1796 in St Andrews West, but records for this church on Ancestry only start in 1802.[2] They had eight children.
She died before the 1851 census was taken.
Research Notes
Some Ancestry trees have her death date as 1848 but no records have been found to confirm this.
