Isabel (Pateman) Mains was born in New South Wales, Australia

Isabel was born Isabella Frances Pateman in 1865 at Young, New South Wales, Australia, the daughter of Thomas and Henrietta (Clarke) Pateman.[1]

At 21, in 1886, she married James Taylor Mains at St Paul Presbyterian Church, Young, New South Wales, Australia,[2] and they had 4 children.

At 26, in 1891, she and James were living at Maitland, New South Wales, Australia.[3]

At 32, in 1897, her husband James became minister of St Andrews Presbyterian Church at Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia.[4]

At 76, in 1941, she died in Ryde, New South Wales, Australia.[5]
